Rifted and Quartersawn job in Nashville TN





























This job took 4 days to install 1 day to put the steps in and 7 days to sand and finish a mixture of antique brown and Jacobean. Shaws Handscraped Hickory installed in Nashville











Our Freind Steve Desay From EXIT Realty reffered Pepper to us to look at her floor www.Stevesellsnashville.com . She had put a paste wax on the floor and cleaned it with Murphys Oil Soap. Followers of this Blog know not to do that Vinegar and water or BonaX is the preffered method. We installed the job in 1 1/2 days and are coming back this fall to do the upstairs.

Forte Building Belle Meade TN hardwood job






We ripped out the hardwood in the dinning area part of the kitchen and addition to level out the floor. Then laced in the new hardwood sanded stained and finished the floor with flush mount floor vents.
It took approximately 5 days one to rip out and prep the floor one to lay it 2 to sand stain and put the first coat down and another to put the final coat down.

tile showers Nashville TN











This took 4 days. The shower floor is portand cement and a rubber pan. The walls are Hardi backer. The floors shelves walls curb and bull nose were all made from 12*12 tiles. all done for $1400.

Klein Construction, No VOC and LEED Certified Builder

























Engineered Compfort Heating and Cooling Company refered us to Klein Construction for a job that was to be installed over a tubed floor heating system and use a no VOC polyurethane finish. The client chose to use American Walnut for the color and the stability of the wood. The carpet is Sandy Hollow 3 from shaw over triple touch carpet cushion. The finish is from MonoCoat it is a natural plant based oil finish.

This took about 4 days to complete around the churchs schedule and floating out the border that was 1/8 inch lower than the field and the medalion which was 3/16 lower than the border.
