We ripped out the hardwood in the dinning area part of the kitchen and addition to level out the floor. Then laced in the new hardwood sanded stained and finished the floor with flush mount floor vents.
It took approximately 5 days one to rip out and prep the floor one to lay it 2 to sand stain and put the first coat down and another to put the final coat down.
