Fixing up homes for sale

We just completed two homes one for people moving into the home just built and the other for a customer selling their home. They both went with my instock Marbury oak I had on special for $4 sq ft installed one is the Honey Color the other is the Russett Color ( the one with the ladder in the picture).

We started on Monday and finished on Saturday 1400 sq ft of 4" wide #1 common white oak taken up new put back down sanded stained Jacobean and 600 sq ft of Handscraped hardwood floor glued down in the basement.

Laminate and Carpet

We did 700 Sq ft of laminate 90 yards of Carpet and 2 baths in tile in less than a week so the customers home would be ready for the home inspection through the adoption agency.

We did this job in one day steps hallway and the pattern. Jessica wanted the job done for her husband got home on Friday.
